Your insurance company likely requires
that your home or recreational property be checked at least every 72
hours. Failure to do this and provide proof could result in loss of
insurance coverage. We provide that service for you. Our representatives will do the following:

You have worked hard for some of the little extras in life. It would be a shame to have them damaged or taken away due to an unfortunate incident or oversight. Pipes burst, heating systems fail, vandals break windows or use your property. Your conventional intrusion alarm cannot let you know any of these things have happened, let alone possibly prevent them. Even more disturbing is the possibility that your insurance may not provide coverage without proof of regular inspection.
That's where we come in. For a nominal fee
(depending on location and services requested) we will have our
staff visit your property, perform the agreed inspections and
document the findings.
Our schedule is varied so anyone
watching would not be able to predict our next arrival.
Regular
visits to your property make it appear that someone is home. In the
winter, tracks in the snow does not provide an open invitation to
thieves.
In the event something does occur, our staff can (if
previously authorized) quickly contact your insurance company or the
required repair persons to minimize further damage and to initiate
repairs.

Outside perimeter check (looking for damage, entry,
any obvious irregularities)
Interior check (heat, water,
lighting, security, other duties as identified)
